What’s included in the $99 event fee?
Everything. You get access to all event features — including player invites, sponsor tools, registration tracking, check-in, and more.
Do you charge per player or per registration?
Nope. You’ll never be charged per player. Our pricing is flat — pay per event or go unlimited with the annual plan.
What happens if I run multiple events?
You can pay $99 each time or upgrade to the annual plan ($1,200/year) for unlimited events.
Can I try the platform before paying?
Yes. You can build your event and explore the tools for free. You only pay when you’re ready to publish and make your website live.
What if I want to upgrade after paying for one event?
We’ll credit your $99 toward the annual plan if you upgrade within 30 days. Just email help@partaake.com and let us know within 30 days.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. We don’t take a cut of player payments, donations, or registrations.
What if I’m not happy — can I get a refund?
Absolutely. If you’re not satisfied with your experience, contact us within 14 days of payment and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
